My second stay in this very convenient small flat (realistically ideal for 1 person but would do for 2) - it's well equipped and well looked after - excellent bus links - good swimming pool 5 minutes away, lovely early morning walks along Water of Leith and you never need to worry about shopping - there's a large Tesco's open late, on the door-step.

Well connected to bus routes into town or about 30 minute walk to Royal mile. The walk is up hill so may not suit some, but is a pleasant walk with several alternative routes to add variety! Comfortable beds, spacious rooms and well equipped kitchen

I must first make mention of Karen [Blair] of Blair apartments [ Her rapid and helpful responses enabled me to book, in the short time available to me in the circumstances prevailing at the time, this spacious and well resourced accommodation, with its many local amenities as well as its close proximity to the Royal Botanical Garden, Edinburgh [Scotland]. Like many others, we were reliant upon local transport which served us admirably from the one bedroomed flat to make journeying across the city straightforward, including a visit to friends in South Queensferry. Thank you Karen. Additionally we should like to thank all considerations afforded us by the guest manager, Gill. Any future visit to Edinburgh would see us request the same flat, without hesitation.

Amazing location, not far from the city centre. Flat has everything you need and more and a very comfortable and cosy. Highly recommend.

This is basically a really good flat - mostly very well-equipped and well presented, in a superb location for visiting Edinburgh - quiet, good local area with excellent buses into centre - the kitchen has just one or two irritating features which stop me rating the flat excellent. I was on my own and so just about coped with the tiny table - and it is the only surface anywhere in the flat for eating and working. Cooking was tricky as the kitchen knives are all completely blunt to the point of being dangerous. You really should be able to chop an onion! One lovely feature for me was decent radios - rare in a holiday flat.

This was a return visit. It's a great location, 10-15 minutes from Princes Street and away from many of the tourists, but near many useful facilities - pubs, restaurants, M&S Food and Tesco. Quiet, convenient and tidy. We'll be back!

The flat is very modern and clean. It is situated within walking distance of the busy centre of Edinburgh but also close to nature (Water of Leith and Edinburgh Botanical Garden) The perfect combination for someone who sometimes like to escape the hectic urban life.....

This flat has everything a couple could want. It is very clean, well equipped, has parking nearby etc. It is located north of the city centre which is an uphill walk to Princes Street which means that it is downhill on the way back when you are tired! We used it for the Hogmanay celebrations and it proved ideal. The accommodation provides all you need with a well equipped kitchen and a really good shower room. The other three rooms are a wc, living room and a 2 x singles bedroom. All in all very good. We are keen to return sometime in the future.

We had a terrific time in this lovely and conveniently-located flat. It's clean, quiet, beautifully decorated, and well equipped. Would definitely recommend it, and definitely will return!

A very quiet, clean, tidy apartment with good facilities. Quiet at night, and close to good restaurants, as well as shops for groceries and nearby stops for buses very regular buses into town.

We loved our stay in this apartment as it is very spacious and quiet with the bedroom windows facing a garden. The location is good very close to botanical garden with shops and cafes nearby. The only problem was we had no internet for the entire time of our stay. We had to call the internet company and invite a technician ourselves but he couldn't fix anything and there was still no WiFi when we left... Except for that everything was great:)
