The flat also has one bathroom with a large jacuzzi tub, shower and a heated towel rail. Guests particularly enjoy the jacuzzi tub as it’s roomy enough for a relaxing soak.

Our personal greeter will meet you on arrival to give you the keys and explain the basics of your holiday home. Late arrivals (between 22.00 and 24.00), early check-ins (between 12.00 and 15.00) and late checkouts (between 10.00-12.00) are possible for a small fee of £40.

- The property must be left in a neat & tidy condition with all rubbish removed, used pots and pans washed and returned to the cupboards, etc. Extra charges apply if any additional cleaning is needed after guest departure.
- Full payment is required six weeks before arrival or immediately after booking if booking is within six weeks of arrival date.
- A refundable damage deposit of £250 is required
- No smoking
- Property NOT suitable for pets
- Sofa bed can sleep two guests. A £30 surcharge for the use of the sofa bed is payable on booking.
- Internet connection is provided as a courtesy of the landlord and the quality of the service cannot be guaranteed. Internet connections can sometimes become slow or unavailable. This disruption is beyond our control.

City centre from the airport.

By Bus:
The Airlink 100 express and N22 night buses reach Waverley Bridge and the city centre from the West in about 25 minutes, depending on traffic. The Lothian Buses No 35 also runs into city centre but calls at local destinations en route, and continues to Leith.

By Car:
The airport is about eight miles (12km) west of the city centre and the journey (via the A8 Glasgow Road) takes about 25 minutes in light traffic.

By Tram:
Trams offer a frequent and reliable service linking the airport and the city centre. Interchange with rail services is available at Edinburgh Park and Haymarket stations. Other stops include Murrayfield Stadium and Princes Street.

The flat is very appointed. The bedrooms are of decent size and comfortable. Everything in the flat was of working order with a modern kitchen, bathroom and sizable lounge and dining area. The staff were very helpful and accommodating to our shifting schedule due to weather and university admission delays. The wifi does work but not in the bedrooms due to the placement of the router in the lounge and the thickness of the walls. We have minor comments for improvement: There was no blow dryer available. It would have been nice to include a cafetiere to make coffee in the flat in the morning. The kitchen only had one tea towel and no kitchen roll which made cleaning a challenge for a 4 night stay. We would recommend this accommodation and hope to stay again!
