Stunning Central Apartment Edinburgh

At the top of three flights of stairs, you’ll find our modern, stylish holiday apartment. As you step inside, you’ll see a spacious lounge decorated with dove grey and splashes of soft blue. The expansive living room features two very comfy sofas, one of which is a sofa bed -- perfect for kids or single travellers. There’s also a large wall-mount flat screen smart TV and cable hookup so you can spend your evenings relaxing with your favourite programme.

As a self-catering apartment, this holiday home comes fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable self-catering Edinburgh stay. The spacious kitchen features wooden countertops and cabinets. Here, you’ll also find an electric oven with hotplates, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer and washing machine. There are even a barista-standard Tassimo espresso machine and built-in wine racks.

Once you’ve whipped up a gourmet meal, take it next door to the four-person dining table in the living room.

Sleeping Arrangements at Your Holiday Apartment in Edinburgh City Centre

Our luxury holiday apartment has two bedrooms, each with two zip-link super king beds. These beds are set at I x super king and 2 x singles but can be interlocked or separated to set the beds to your preference before your arrival.

Both bedrooms share a family bathroom. The bathroom has a large tub, perfect for bathing the kids, as well as shower facilities for grown-ups. Towels and linens are provided.

One of the highlights of this holiday apartment is its excellent location. At the bottom of Victoria Street, in Edinburgh’s historic Grassmarket, near the Cowgate and Royal Mile, you’ll have a fantastic range of restaurants and bars, coffee shops, quirky shops, as well as some of the major attractions at your fingertips. You can walk to Edinburgh Castle or Princes Street, Edinburgh’s shopping district, in less than 10 minutes. Finding other accommodation with such a great location will be hard.

You’ll also find two major supermarkets, ATMs and transport links a short distance from the flat. Edinburgh Waverley and the airport bus is a five-minute walk away so you can easily take day trips to other classic Scottish destinations.

Key Collection for Your Grassmarket Accommodation

A key Safe entry system personal greeter will be on-hand to welcome you to your holiday home if required. We’ll explain the basics of the apartment as well as recommendations and keys. Check-in is between 15.00 and 22.00 hours. Late arrivals (between 22:00-24:00), early check-ins (between 12.00-15.00) and late checkouts (between 10.00-12.00) will accrue a £40 charge.

- This apartment is not suitable for stag parties, hen parties or young single sex groups or parties.
- The property must be left in a neat & tidy condition with all rubbish removed, used pots and pans washed and returned to the cupboards, etc. Extra charges apply if any additional cleaning is needed after guest departure.
- Full payment is required six weeks before arrival or immediately after booking if booking is within six weeks of arrival date.
- A refundable damage deposit of £250 is required
- No smoking
- Property NOT suitable for pets
- A £30 surcharge applies for using the sofa bed, payable on booking

Access to the apartment is through black iron gates next to the Mussel and Steak Bar and the flat is located on the 3rd floor in a shared stairwell.

Limited Mobility Access

This property is not suitable for guests with mobility issues or disabilities as it is located on the 3rd floor and is accessed via a shared winding staircase. There is no lift available in the building.
