Excellent communication throughout - fantastic penthouse apartment right on the Royal Mile. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, very clean and definitely worth the splurge. Only a little noisy at night but this didn't worry us one bit - you're lucky to be staying on the Mile! There is room to bring your car up to quickly unload your luggage with parking only two blocks away. Grocery store is a short walk and restaurants and pubs are on your doorstep. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend to family and friends and will hopefully return next time we're in Edinburgh.

"We would rate ten star!
It was a lovely family reunion. The comfort and spaciousness allowed my sisters and brother and I to catchup with each other. We did less exploring of Edinburgh than I had planned, we felt very relaxed. "

Unfortunately the only downside was only 4 wine glasses in the cupboard with 6 people staying. Apart from that couldn't fault I lovely stay.

Great location. Excellent customer service by both Hatty and Calum. We had an electrical problem in the flat causing frequent power outages but Calum was very responsive once we notified him. Internet was terrible. VERY slow which made it difficult to download anything. Mattress in middle bedroom was lumpy and uncomfortable, needs to be replaced. Coffee pot found broken, we bought one and left it in flat. Despite the negatives listed above, we enjoyed our stay and would use The Edinburg Address again. The most frustrating issue was extremely slow internet.

"I can not thank Callum from the concierge team enough! Despite our train being delayed by 8 hours and therefore arriving in the very early hours of the morning, Callum ensured that we were able to get in to the apartment.
We would have been really stuck without him! The whole process has been great and Hatty and Callum are a credit to your company. Thank you!"

The Penthouse @ The Royal Mile

We stayed at The Penthouse @ The Royal Mile and thought it was very good value for money. There wasn't anything we would change about the property. The accommodation is in an excellent location at a very high standard and is well equipped. We arranged for Stephen the private chef on the saturday night and he was fantastic! Amazing meal!

The Penthouse on The Royal Mile was very good value.
Our overall impressions of the apartment were excellent.
The service provided was excellent as we received a bottle of bubbly to help celebrate our wedding anniversary. It was a lovely gesture.

The location of the apartment is absolutely superb!!! 5 mins walk to the Main train station, 5 mins to Edinburgh castle, the national museum, etc. The staff were very nice to talk to and helpful! could not recommend more about it.
