Also, not too far away on Rose Street, is one of the oldest pubs in Edinburgh - The Auld Hundred, originally built in 18th century. Definitely worth a visit and a pint.

Review your stayAnna, Eddie, and Ivan were all great to deal with. The home accommodated our needs. We traveled with my elderly parents to watch my son graduate. Having a parking space an few stairs made the home perfect. Once we figured out the heat the weeks stay was great. Anna even helped us when we needed another day added to our stay. Great house great location.

Incredible basement unit in a quiet neighborhood of Edinburgh. The space is beautifully decorated, clean and well stocked to have a comfortable extended stay. Eddie was responsive to all our messages and we never felt wanting for anything at the home. The walk to deans village is a fantastic plus point for the home and groceries were a short 8 mins walk away. We were able to walk to all the attractions within 20-30mins. In the summer this was well worth the time. Highly recommend the place for families looking for extended stay options in the city.

This is a quiet and lovely location just a ten minute walk from the excitement of the city. Several fine restaurants are within a short walking distance and there is plenty of nearby take out and two grocery stores. The castle is only a 25 minute walk though much of it is up hill.

We loved this place, plenty of room and a nice living area for hanging out.

Lower level unit, but big windows with lots of natural light. The floor plan was great for 5 people of 3 generations. There are stairs at the front and back entrances , but my 88 yo mom made it by being really careful. Kitchen was fine and location was great.

This was a lovely first stop on our first visit to scotland. i brought my 3 daughters (ages 22, 22, 29) and wanted to make sure we each had enough space. this place was great for all of us, and very nice neighbourhood. internet speed was great for our phones. plenty of hot water and i enjoyed a good soak in the tub. basement level (steps were a little steep and slippery in rain), but still got a lot of natural light. very pretty!

Lovely really large flat. Slightly gloomy in the main living room but it is a basement flat. The two bedrooms at the front are very pleasant and light. Great kitchen.
Location so close to Princes Street and in the New Town is excellent. Just over five minutes walk to the top of Princes Street and to two supermarkets for food. Plenty of restaurants nearby.
Flat well furnished in character with the building.
Car parking space at the rear was clearly a bonus in the centre of Edinburgh!

Although property was small, is was very well set out, with a good amount of storage space for clothing etc.
The wifi was particularly useful, as we brought our tablet and so had access to the internet, which was a bonus. The DVD-TV and CD player were all used too - always good to have those.
The bed was really comfortable and we were both very impressed at how quiet the accommodation was. A short walk down the alley led onto a bustling street, but you wouldn't know that from being inside The Studio. So it was ideally situated and precisely the peaceful stay we needed.
I like face-to-face service when staying somewhere and you don't always get that unless you're in a hotel, so I thought this was really good.
I was able to text my contact person (Kirsty) on the morning of our arrival and it was really handy to be able to do that. Kirsty was very helpful and friendly and met us at the accommodation as we arrived. So excellent service.

Very clean, well looked after, comfortable, equal sized rooms plenty of facilities although we still didn’t work out how to use the TV. We are not technical people though!!!!
When we arrived in Edinburgh we called and the girls told us to meet at the apartment at 3ish I think. When we arrived there was someone there to meet us. They talked us through
everything and told us where the emergency contact details were just in case. We received 3 sets of keys which was very useful and when we had to call regarding the smoke alarm the girl came out with a battery and sorted it for us. We could not have asked for any better
treatment.
