Complete with outstanding Edinburgh views of Dean Bridge, this apartment does not fail to delight. The West End is one of Edinburgh's best kept secrets; a glorious network of Georgian streets in the western New Town. Tucked away just behind Shandwick Place, the West End Village is home to the very best contemporary independent retailers in the city. At the very heart of the Village lie both William Street and Stafford Street, where the colourful, stylish boutiques and some of the city's most-loved pubs and bars combine to create a bohemian feel to this part of Edinburgh.

Canoes Tiki Den might be a little quirky but is definitely worth the stop for its cocktails alone! A ray of Pacific sunshine in at times dreary Edinburgh: bold, bright, and lively, with cocktails are fruity and fun; many pack a punch and most are served in the obligatory novelty drinking vessels. Howie's is another lovely place to eat, especially due to their ethos of fresh produce, cooked daily with daily changing menus, which means you can rest assure what you get is seasonal and local. Indigo Yard, on Charlotte Lane, is one those Edinburgh institutions – it has been around for twenty odd years, and as they say; if ain’t broke, don’t fix it! Indigo Yard has taken this phrase to their heart, and provides fantastic meals with special offers on prices; lunch menu with two mains for £10 or alternatively, a dinner with starter and main for £10 per person. And within walking distance from you Lynedoch Place apartment! Another great little gem is the Sygn on Charlotte Lane, where you ought to try the frozen strawberry daiquiris and the Sticky Steak Salad!

Dean Bridge Retreat The West End

Very lovely space, home from home with everything you need and more for a short stay. Lots of useful information provided by the Edinburgh Address, very professional service . Although it was a bit noisy with the traffic from the front bedroom, this did not impact on my enjoyment of the apartment.
[The Edinburgh Address were] excellent, and beyond what was expected. Will definitely book through the Edinburgh Address again.

Simply perfect and great value for money!! Very clean, comfortable and cozy. The location is perfect, very close to the city centre, but it's in a quiet area. The accommodation had everything we needed and even more. The size of the apartment is perfect for 3 or 4 people. We had the very best short stay in an apartment ever.

All I can say is that we loved your property and the extra attention to detail that you go to by meeting us and handing us a goody box, going through all the appliances and advising us on direction and all my other questions. Cleanliness of the apartment was up to standard, and the location was just great. We left a note with a couple of things that needed fixing i.e one plate that had been cracked and the screws in the clothes airer. I have no complaints otherwise and hope we can come back to Edinburgh soon to rebook with you. You certainly set the bar for accommodation for our month of travelling, but alas there are not others like you out there, Thank you very much, The Dalziels.

Dean Bridge Retreat The West End

[The accommodation represents] very good value. The accommodation was perfect for us. A well-designed, comfortable and aesthetically pleasing flat. We enjoyed the views, space, and comfortability. Beds were wonderful. Location was absolutely perfect. We were close to all transportation and major Edinburgh sites, yet had some quiet on the street. We could not have asked for a better group serving this flat and our needs during our stay. They promptly returned our phone calls to answer questions and were gracious and informative. When the coffee machine was broken, they arrived with a new french press in minutes.

Dean Bridge Retreat The West End

"Everything that we needed was to hand and in great condition. Our stay could not have been made easier.

We were all delighted with our 3 night stay at Lynedoch Place. The location of the apartment is excellent, within walking distance of all the tourist attractions in the city centre and yet in a quiet area allowing for a peaceful and relaxing break at the same time. The apartment is refurbished to an extremely high standard and very well equipped, which made for a very easy and pleasant stay. We found that the apartment was very good value for money when compared to the cost of hotels in the area.

The service provided by The Edinburgh Address was relaxed, yet efficient, the staff were friendly and everything went without a hitch."

Dean Bridge Retreat The West End

Fantastic traditional well equipped flat in a beautiful part of the city. Warm, quiet and cosy, but only a few minutes walk to the heart of Edinburgh - a home from home. I have stayed in the apartment on a number of occasions and found the quality and service faultless every time. Highly recommended.
