This Mews house was originally stables, probably belonging to the landed gentry who in the late 1800’s would stable their coach and horses when they came to visit the city to enjoy its attractions!

Today, The Edinburgh Mews is a quiet and tastefully restored house, in the heart of Edinburgh city centre. This home provides everything required for an enjoyable and relaxing stay.

This modern city centre property is tucked away in a charming cobbled lane, being virtually traffic free, and located in an exclusive area.
The mews is set on two floors and comes with a single parking space, in an attached garage.

The current owners have kept this home in the family now for 3 generations, and has been loved and cared for, for over 60 years.

The property has been very recently refurbished with a fresh modern twist.
Interior is tastefully decorated featuring Habitat furnishings, features a wrought iron banister and and wood stairs and lots of natural light.

-Booking Requirements-
The Edinburgh Address require names and ages of all guests, as well as addresses and ID. We will require the lead guest to sign copy of our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to vet any booking. This apartment is not suitable for stag parties, hen parties or young single sex groups or parties. One member of the booking party must be over 25 years. There is a strictly non-smoking policy. A damage deposit of £500 is required one week before arrival and will be fully refunded pending no damages one week after your departure.

Limited Mobility Access

This property is not suitable for those with mobility issues due to the number of stairs up to the first floor kitchen and lounge area.

This home is not ideal for young children due to a set of stairs with no protective gate

- Executive Car transfer
Wanting to arrive in style and relax after your fight. The Edinburgh Address can organise a transfer in a luxury Mercedes for up to 8 guests for £57.00.

- Airport Black Taxi
This option is better if you are travelling in a small group as a taxi from the airport to the west end of Princes Street is about £18 to £20 dependant on the time of day and traffic. So its not much more just to get a taxi straight to the property.
