Located within minutes walk to Princes Street, Usher Hall, The Lyceum, Traverse Theatre, Edinburgh Castle and an abundance of shops, restaurants and bars. Close to buses, trams and railway stations at Edinburgh Waverley and Haymarket Stations. Not suitable for children under 10.

City centre from the airport.

By Bus:
The Airlink 100 express and N22 night buses reach Waverley Bridge and the city centre from the West in about 25 minutes, depending on traffic. The Lothian Buses No 35 also runs into city centre but calls at local destinations en route, and continues to Leith.

By Car:
The airport is about eight miles (12km) west of the city centre and the journey (via the A8 Glasgow Road) takes about 25 minutes in light traffic.

By Tram:
Trams offer a frequent and reliable service linking the airport and the city centre. Interchange with rail services is available at Edinburgh Park and Haymarket stations. Other stops include Murrayfield Stadium and Princes Street.

Lovely flat in a convenient location for Princes Street and the quirky independent Grassmarket shops and pubs. We even had a Farmers type market just up the street on Castle Terrace on the Saturday morning selling wonderful food and produce.

The flat has a well appointed kitchen and comfy beds, it was clean, warm, cosy and comfortable with lovely views of the castle from the lounge platform both during the day and when lit up at night.

Fantastic location for events at the Usher Hall, the venue for our Skipinnish concert just a minute's walk around the corner.

The NCP long stay car park is just a minute's walk up the road and we felt our car was safe there. Park up and walk everywhere, everything is in easy reach, and the city bus tours so informative and easy to use. We even made it to Leith and afternoon tea on the Royal Yacht Britannia. Rabbies coaches were also great on our whisky distillery tour, and you pick these up at the Rabbies cafe at the far wnd of Princes Street. Our own trip out to the Kelpies (Duke & Baron) and ride on the Falkirk Wheel are a must!

The Red Squirrel bar and restaurant just around the corner serves lovely food and caters for coeliacs, nothing was too much trouble for them. Dirty •••••• pub in town is a must, just for the eclectic interior and lovely food.

The Edinburgh Flats company are professional and extremely helpful, and respond very quickly to any kind of query. Karen in particular never seemed to tire of my questions and was even responding on Bank Holiday Monday!

All in all a wonderful home from home stay in a beautiful city... So much to do, so much to see... We will return...

Rented this apartment for my best mate's 60th and stayed with our partners. Plenty of room for 4, spacious well-furnished lounge with great views of the castle. Just a couple of minutes walk and you're on Princes Street. Only downside was no lift and lots of stairs, but worth it for the location/view. Edinburgh Flats staff were very helpful. Would definitely use again.

Modern and clean pleasant interiors. Very well lit on the 2nd floor with sky light in living and bathrooms. well stocked kitchen. Nice touch of high chairs on a raised area by the living room window for agreat view of the castle. My young niece failed to figure out the jaccuzi, so please add some instructions on that in your helpful instructions letter. Would love to come back again to this excellent apartment.
