A spectacular and unforgettable torchlight procession through the City with pipers and drummers to Holyrood Park. On reaching the park the torchbearers form the outline of Scotland, wicker sculptures each representing a region of Scotland are placed within the outline and set ablaze as Scotland's beating heart.
Popular family event that gives families and children the opportunity to join in the Hogmanay Party. Held in the main stage at West Prince Street Gardens live bands bring rock and pop to the stage for everyone to dance to finished off by a spectacular firework display at Edinburgh Castle.
