Review your stayBeautiful apartment! My friends and I spent a long weekend in Edinburgh, and this was the perfect place to do so. Great location, gorgeous building, clean and spacious rooms, this flat had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Fair warning, it is the top-most floor and there are lots of stairs.

Centrally located with well maintained property. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Parking out back a big plus.

The flat was perfect! So large and comfortable. Great location! Just wish we could have stayed longer. My son loved the reading nook in the living room. Will definitely be back.

Wonderful stay, the apartment was lovely and spotlessly clean

The apartment is very spacious and lovely! All of the rooms were large and well appointed, including two comfy blankets for those cool mornings. The bedrooms were also super comfy and spacious, and the bathrooms (and kitchen) were modern and comfortable. It is definitely one of the nicest apartments we've ever stayed in while traveling, and perfect for us (4 adults). Would highly recommend. My husband did most of the communications with the property manager as he arrived first and has What'sApp (I do not--you or someone in your party will need this to communicate) but I believe entry (and exit) was easy. The location is ideal--we could walk to everything or take a short walk to the train or bus (public transport is fabulously easy in Edinburgh). We stayed at the start of the Fringe and our location was much quieter and less busy than the Old Town area (which is about a 20-25 minute walk away). We were warned and I'll warn you as well--the unit is on the top floor, 72 steps up! Just something to keep in mind if anyone in your party has mobility issues. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment and highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at the property! Communication with the property manager before our stay was wonderful, as were the instructions (and pictures) provided for accessing the apartment and parking space when we arrived. The apartment is lovely, and is exactly as pictured. We couldn’t have asked for a better location for our stay. The apartment is just a couple of blocks from both Princes Street and Rose Street, filled with restaurants, pubs, and shops, but removed enough from the action for a good night’s sleep. It was also only a 15-20 minute walk from the heart of Old Town. We will definitely stay here again next time we’re in Edinburgh.

Location & property were perfect for 2 couples visiting Edinburgh. The 5 flights of stairs were okay for us but could be challenging for anyone with major mobility issues or very heavy luggage. We loved our stay!

My wife and a friend visited Edinburgh for the weekend in early November. The flat is on the top floor of a grand Georgian house. The quality of the interior design, beds ,carpets, kitchen and all fittings were superior. This is obviously the home of well intentioned people. The check in was efficient and they gave us a bottle of Prosecco as well. This was a very comfortable flat and we would certainly stay here again. They had offered us this apartment in lieu of another which had had some rainwater damage. This was an upgrade and they charged us no more money, much appreciated.
