We were in Edinburgh for the Fringe. Flat suited our needs. Nice location in Stockbridge with its good bars and restaurants.

This apartment was in a great location, only a short walk to the city centre and within a great surrounding area. The apartment wad very comfortable and had everything we could've asked for, would definitely stay again!

We stayed in this apartment during the Fringe and Royal Tattoo period, we found the accommodation was perfect for two couples, everything was lovely and clean and modern. Although a basement flat there is a mini-courtyard outside which made a difference, especially when the sun came out! I would highly recommend this area as there are very good services for getting around Edinburgh quickly by bus (we bought an East Lothian bus "Ridacard" which paid for itself within 4 days). There were many shops and restaurants all within walking distance.

This is a lovely apartment in an ideal location - near shops and restaurants and only a short walk to the bus stops to get into the centre of Edinburgh (£1.50 each way) - there were 2 (Dad and Daughter) staying with a 2.5 year old and it was perfect for us - don't be put off by the stairs as they had good railings and if I can get up them ( I have MS) and my pregnant daughter with a 2 year old you'll probably be fine. It is smart and comfortable but not so "smart" that you're in rear of harming everything as it is well thought out and robust where it matters. The staff of Edinburgh-Flats are very nice and efficient as well. The flat is also near the Botanic gardens and other parks so a wonderful place to spend time in as well as the "City". Thanks for the lovely long weekend we spent there - would happily return.

Spent three nights here with my father and father in law for Edinburgh break and we were really pleased with the flat. It is finished to a high quality with a good shower, beds, kitchen appliances and décor and the service from Edinburgh flats was very good. Our only problem was no slippers for the tiled floors in the bathroom and kitchen (bit cold) so don't forget them!

We (family of four) loved this apartment in Stockbridge. Beautifully decorated and comfortable and perfect for walking along the Leith Waterway; browsing the charity shops and mixing with local Stockbridgers in the restaurants and cafes.

This is a great apartment with all the things you need for your stay. It is well placed just a road away from the central street in Stockbridge which has wonderful independent shops and cafes. Its also a nice walk into the centre of Edinburgh up Dundas Street if you like galleries. Would stay again!
