Very quiet comfortable flat. Especially well equipped kitchen for a holiday let. We used the train several times which was very convenient although the 44 bus is also an excellent service. Enjoyed our stay very much although we got off to a bad start when the toaster fused the entire flat but was quickly rectified. This is our third stay here and we will certainly come again. Thank you.

We have just completed a three night stay at this lovely flat in portobello it was clean warm and had everything we needed. I was unable to connect to the wifi but that was a minor problem.

a perfect home away from home , with everything you need and you can reach everything ( castle, shops, ) easily, especially the beach of portobello

The flat was homely, very well equipped and maintained. I hired a car so being a little outside of the city center was no problem. The beach at Portobello was only 3-4 minutes away in the car which was great. Overall very good experience. Only improvement needed is to increase the speed of the internet connection.

The flat had everything we needed and was located in a suburb close to regular bus and train services into the City. We had no problem getting home after late shows. The agents were very efficient and friendly.

This flat was spacious, tidy, well-stocked and perfectly situated. It was near local bus and train links, but also only 10 mins walk to the sea front. It was modern, nicely furnished and had all the necessary amenities plus a few extras. The owners' belongings are in the flat but this was an added bonus rather than a hindrance (DVDs, CDs and books). The flat was situated behind the busy road and therefore was wonderfully quiet. Representative of the owner easy to deal with and instructions made everything clear. Wonderful property - I would definitely stay again!

A stay that was troubleless. Our first criteria was met : absolutely no noise heard at night time (neighbors, traffic) for a 9-night stay. Close to everything we need : bus to get easily downtown, supermarket... Very clean, well-maintained appartment. No doubt that we will come back to this flat in the event of a next stay in Edinburgh.

Excellent location, spacious flat, with parking and regular bus services close-by. Quiet neighbours, and a lovely shared garden. Flat furnished comfortably, with lots of touches to make visitors feel 'at home'. We'd highly recommend this flat for both short or longer stays, as it's certainly one of the nicest apartments in Edinburgh we've discovered over quite a number of visits to the city.

We had a comfortable five weeks stay at 13/A Milton Road East. As we stayed the whole July we bought season tickets for the train (Brunstane - Waverley) which was extremely convenient. Flat is close to promenade and beaches. Good shopping facilities in Musselburgh (we had arrived by car). Very good beds. Some problems with the locked windows. Would stay again. Thanks everybody who was involved in booking.

This flat was ideal for us. It gave us a home from home base with easy access for all that we wanted to do, whether that was locally or further afield.
