Lovely flat within easy distance of both Princes Street and Royal Mile. It is immediately next to Usher Hall but surprising quiet at night. The flat has good amenities and is spotlessly clean. Highly recommended.

- Perfect distance between both Old and New Town - Close to restaurants and shopping amenities - Cosy and well decorated - Quiet despite the busy location - Edinburgh flats were super helpful whenever i had any questions

Combined kitchen/sitting room, one bed flat suitable for a couple. Well furnished and equipped. A really brilliant location, especially for Festival visitors: next door to the Usher Hall and Royal Lyceum Theatre, 2 minutes walk from the Traverse Theatre. Next to a bus stop with excellent services to the rest of the city. Despite its busy location I didn't find it noisy at night. Highly recommended, and I hope to return.
