Central flat, excellent location for my use. Bright and high rooms, with handy furniture. Near the nice Dean village, the walkway along water of leith and the Stockbridge area. I enjoyed my stay!

Clean well-equipped spacious and good bus service to city centre. Only downside was wi-fi which didn't work. We would definitely come back if this is fixed.

The apartment was light, airy,comfortable and clean. It was well equipped although a tea towel would be useful. The beds were comfortable . Metered parking is available on the street but a bonus was that the parking was unrestricted from Friday evening to Monday morning. Stockbridge is a lovely area of the city and there are several walks and attractions in the vicinity.I would happily stay there again.

A lovely apartment located about 20 mins from Princes' Street. It was spacious and well kept with a lovely airy open feeling about it. Met by the owner upon arrival and shown around the apartment. Lovely area to stay and and I would recommend this apartment to anybody thinking of visiting Edinburgh City.

Great flat, only a 5-10 min walk to Princes Street. Perfect base to explore Edinburgh. Owners and Edinburgh Flats very easy to deal with. Definintely recommend.

We stayed here from 23-27 August for the Fringe. It is a lovely apartment only 10 minutes walk from George Street & Princes Street. We walked into the centre every day & out again late in the evening. The black taxi's are always about and cost less than a tenner for all of our journeys around the city centre when our legs gave up! The apartment itself is clean, there is ample space for three people. It has a kitchen with everything you would need. The bathroom was spotless. I really have nothing negative to say. I will be returning to Edinburgh & I would happily return to this apartment. (Oh I should mention it is located up two flights of stairs which only mattered on day one when we were lugging our cases up!). Other than that I would definitely recommend it....& our contact for the flat Gill was fabulous.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Edinburgh dans cet appartement. Il est spacieux et calme, avec une belle vue dégagée. En contre-bas, le centre du quartier de Stockbridge est sympa et animé, avec tous les commerces (boulangerie, poissonnier, boucherie, superette, pub, resto...)

We stay in this apartment for a week, everything was perfect and clean. Centrally located, 10 min walk to the city center. Hopefully we will stay there again

Great flat with an aspect in lovely terrace. Lots of space and comfy bed, sofa. Walking distance from West End, New Town and Modern Art Galleries. Five mins to buzzy Stockbridge. Good value and efficient agent.

We had a very enjoyable week. The flat was comfortable and unfussy. Very handy for city centre although Stockbridge is a very interesting area with galleries and small shops so spent a lot of time there.

We were very pleased with this flat and would definitely like to return. The flat was clean spacious and tastefully decorated. The beds were comfortable and the area was attractive and very quiet.The flat had access to broadband, a washing machine , nice little flat screened TV , a selection of books to read , an iron and ironing board and was generally very pleasant to be in. Although very quiet you were only a short bus ride or pleasant walk away from the Castle, the Royal Mile, the shops and theatres etc. Highly recommended. Five Stars !
