* Final balance can be taken by UK debit card, bank transfer or credit card.
* This is a no smoking property and not suitable for pets.
* A refundable damages deposit of £200 is required
* A £30 surcharge is payable for use of the sofa bed.

This nicely decorated and well equipped duplex flat is near the University of Edinburgh and the Festival Theatre, and it is one of the best short-term rentals I have ever stayed in. It is centrally located, so you can walk to almost any tourist attraction in the city. The flat has a comfortable sofa bed, which allowed my wife and me to host a friend for two nights during our stay. My wife and I hope to return to Edinburgh and stay in this flat in the future.

We (3 of us) recently stayed in this flat and we were amazed by its looks, functionality, character and location. There was no need to take any transportation within the city. The flat is just lovely and very well equipped: for those who like to cook whilst on holidays, it has absolutely all the utensils you need.

This flat is a brilliant place for a couple to stay when in Edinburgh. It is positioned perfectly for visitors to the Fringe as many venues in the old town are just a short walk away. It comes well-equipped with everything needed when self-catering provided and had a 'home-from-home' feel to it. Would re-book without hesitation!

It's a lovely flat, bright, clean and very comfortable. And centrally located so just a gentle stroll to the centre of town and with Holyrood Park next door. In addition, everyone from Edinburgh Flats were pleasant and extremely helpful both online and in person.

Looking for central and unique accommodation in Edinburgh.This flat is spot on. Nearby the old town of Edinburgh, Scottish Museum, Holyrood and the Meadows provide you an opportunity of easy access to a variety of sights. The flat is beautiful designed and well equipped. Highly recommended

Beautifully furnished and comfortable flat in a historic building in the old town. Close to shops, theatres, museums and all amenities and within walking distance of major tourist attractions. Secure private parking. Recommended.

After some confusion with payment - there was a typo in the bank information, so a bit unsettling when using a company for the first time - everything was good. The flat is in a converted old school house, a beautiful building tastefully done up. It's essentially all one huge room with a mezzanine bedroom and bathroom. Probably better for a couple than, say, four friends or a family. Amazing high ceilings but the bulb had gone in the main lamp - probably only reachable with a crane! Lots of other lighting so fine. All mod cons but we mainly ate out so didn't really use them. All clean and modern. Nice big flat screen TV, good wifi. Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Recommended.

Very pleasant flat to come back and relax in when not busy visiting the nearby town centre. Edinburgh is such a lovely place with so much to do that you also need a relaxing place to get away from it all at time.

This Davie Street flat is in an old converted school but is very modern and comfortable inside. It's location was within a 5-minute walk to the Royal Mile/High Street area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Breakfast "at home" in the flat then a day out on the town was the general routine for us. Many pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance, including the Grass Market.

Our flat was close to the Festival, yet quiet and spacious. On our walk to the Royal Mile we passed many restaurants to try. It was close to The Festival Theater, Edinburgh Castle and Holyrood Park. We even strolled up Arthur's Seat, which was almost like the Highlands. We did take a tour to the Highlands, and we're able to walk to the meeting spot. Even closer was The Museum of Scotland. I am so glad we found this flat. The owners were very accommodating.
