The East London Street Residence is a beautifully styled two-bedroom apartment in the heart of Edinburgh, offering a more private and spacious alternative to a boutique hotel stay. Combining elegant Georgian proportions with contemporary interiors, it provides a refined city base just moments from some of Edinburgh’s best cafés, restaurants, shopping and nightlife.
Just a few minutes’ stroll away, Broughton Street offers one of Edinburgh’s most loved neighbourhood scenes, with a great mix of independent cafés, bars, restaurants and brunch spots right on your doorstep. For finer dining and upscale shopping, St Andrew Square, George Street and Multrees Walk are all within easy walking distance, along with Harvey Nichols and John Lewis.
Inside, the apartment blends classic Georgian character with contemporary design, creating a stylish and welcoming base for business or leisure stays. The generous living room has a calm, refined feel, with ample seating including a super-comfy L-shaped sofa and cosy loveseat. Guests can relax with the Smart TV, complimentary WiFi and Sonos sound system, with speakers in both the lounge and kitchen linked to Spotify.
The open-plan kitchen and dining area is sleek, sociable and fully equipped for relaxed mornings, longer stays or evenings in. Integrated appliances include an instant boiling water tap, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, tumble dryer, cooking hob and oven, washing machine and Ninja Foodi Dual Zone Air Fryer. The dining table seats up to four guests comfortably.
The apartment offers two beautifully presented double bedrooms designed with rest and comfort in mind. The principal bedroom is one of the apartment’s standout spaces, combining soft neutral tones, statement design details and a super king-size bed to create a restful, boutique-style retreat. The second bedroom features a king-size bed, window seat and Smart TV, making it an equally inviting space to unwind.
The contemporary shower room includes a rainfall shower, toilet and clean modern finishes.
There is no free parking with the apartment, although paid street parking is available locally for an additional charge. Alternatively, paid parking is available a short walk away at the Omni Q-Park car park.
A meet and greet service is provided, so guests will be welcomed at the property, shown around and provided with keys on arrival. Please arrange your arrival time with the property manager in advance.
Check-in is available from 16:00 onwards. Arrivals after 19:00 may incur a late arrival fee of £25, with arrivals after 22:00 incurring a fee of £40. Arrivals after midnight will access the property via a key safe. If you expect to arrive before 16:00, it is always worth contacting the property manager, who will do their best to provide access as early as possible.
All properties are strictly non-smoking, and do not accept hen/stag/party groups.
