Montgomery Street was built around the early 19th century, around 1820. The entrance is via a well maintained spiral stairwell (sadly no elevators in 1820) which affords an array of natural daylight from the cupola above.

The property which is on the 2nd floor features an attractive L shaped hallway, off the hallway is a large cupboard where the washing machine / tumble dryer / fridge are located. The Hallway faces directly into the kitchen area which has all the modern appliances; Nespresso coffee machine (Including free pods) Oven, Toaster, Kettle, Electric hob, Microwave and Complimentary coffee and teas. There is also a collection of dry goods for use and a fresh pint of milk on arrival.

At Montgomery Street guests have access to Egyptian cotton sheets, Cole and Lewis Wild Fig and Iris Shampoo/Conditioner/Body Wash/Hand Wash set.

The whole apartment is for you and is not shared by anyone else. 2 sets of keys will be left at the apartment during check in to access the property. 24 hour access during check in is available with the use of a key box on the main street. To access the property please use Buzzer No.5.

The double bedroom has a large separate storage room to hang and store clothes along with a separate clothes drawer. The Bedroom has views over the Montgomery Street Park and beyond towards the Firth of Forth.

The box room which has been conveniently designed to accommodate a fitted double bed or loft bed popular with everyone with ample study facilities beneath.

The lounge has a 42" TV. Two Sofa's one of which is a Sofa Bed. There is a separate table and chairs if you prefer to eat at home.

The bathroom comes complete with a shower design, plentiful hot water on hand with the thermostatic shower.

NEST Temperature controls the apartment's gas radiators in each room.

The property lies adjacent to the delightful Montgomery Street Public Park which has a large Children's play area and offers superb open views to the Firth of Forth and beyond. There are 2 sets of Stairs to the apartment. However the stairs do have handrails on each side and the staircase is very wide.
