The interior of this contemporary designed main door property reflects a pared back aesthetic, which is refreshingly modern and stylish. Apple and android compatible gadgetry ensure a home from home experience. 

This property boasts 2 master bedrooms. The ground floor comprises a mezzanine walkway leading to a spacious en-suite bedroom and staircase down to the much larger lower ground floor. The open plan area below encompasses an intimate corner lounge, a German design kitchen with state of the art KitchenAid and Elica appliances, plus a generous dining and living room area. The lower floor bedroom includes a unique, post-industrial chic walk-in closet made from reclaimed runners with bespoke doors. The large family bathroom is a tribute to the modern design with wall length mirror and underfloor heating.

The 2002/2003 award-winning conversion was undertaken by David Jamieson of Zone Architects from a former St Cuthbert’s Co-Operative Association store.

If the name St Cuthbert’s sounds familiar, Sir Sean Connery (the original 007) earned his first wage as a milkman at St Cuthbert’s Dairy. Legend has it that during “Big Tam’s” 6-year stint at the dairy he delivered milk to every home in Edinburgh.

-Booking Requirements-
We require names and ages of all guests, as well as addresses and ID. We reserve the right to vet any booking. This apartment is not suitable for stag parties, hen parties or young single sex groups or parties. One member of the booking party must be over 30 years. There is a strict no-smoking policy. A damage deposit of £500 is required one week before arrival and will be fully refunded pending no damages 48hrs after your departure.

From Edinburgh Airport: Simply take a taxi or tram to the city centre then a short taxi ride.
From The Royal Mile: Head to the bottom of the Royal Mile to Holyrood and its only a 5-10 minute stroll along Queens Drive.
