This Edinburgh short stay apartment is located a stone’s throw from the Royal Mile, 50m to be exact, so you’ll have direct access to top attractions, delicious restaurants and old-fashioned pubs.

Down one of Edinburgh’s historic closes, you’ll find this quaint one bedroom holiday home awaiting you. Step inside, where you’ll discover an open plan living room and kitchen with views over a private courtyard. With its elegant touches of dove grey and oriental carpets, the living room is the perfect place for relaxing after a day exploring Edinburgh or for a morning meal around the breakfast table. There’s also a large flat screen TV.

Key Collection for Your Holiday Apartment Edinburgh

A personal greeter will be on-hand to welcome you to your holiday home. We’ll explain the basics of the apartment as well as recommendations and keys. However, this also means that we can only accept check-ins during certain times. Late arrivals (between 22:00-24:00), early check-ins (between 12.00-15.00) and late checkouts (between 10.00-12.00) will accrue a £40 charge.

The following special points also apply to your selected property:

- The property must be left in a neat & tidy condition with all rubbish removed, used pots and pans washed and returned to the cupboards, etc. Extra charges apply if any additional cleaning is needed after guest departure.
- Full payment is required six weeks before arrival or immediately after booking if booking is within six weeks of arrival date.
- A refundable damage deposit of £250 is required

Access through the main door into a hallway which leads to the bathroom, bedroom and living/dining/kitchen area.

Situated in one of the oldest parts of the city, in the pedestrian zone of the Royal Mile between South Bridge and St.Giles Cathedral. Entry is down through Old Assembly Close into Tron Square, which is siruated behind the High Street (Royal Mile).

A hew minute away : Edinburgh Castle, The Royal Mile, The Scotch Whisky Experience, Camera Obscura & World of Illusions, St Giles' Cathedral, The Real Mary King's Close, The Edinburgh Dungeon, Approx 5 - 10 minute slow paced walk to Scott Monument, Princes Street, Princes Street Gardens, Scottish National Gallery, Royal Scottish Academy, National Portrait Gallery,

Limited Mobility Access

As this accommodation is in one of the oldest parts of Edinburgh , it is not suitable for people with any mobility issues or disabilities as there is no close vehicular access to the apartment and entry is via a sloped cobbled close with a few steps at the bottom.


Flight to Edinburgh Airport, Airlink 100 bus from Airport to Waverley Bridge, 5 minute walk to High Street via Cockburn Street, Tron Square is accessed through Old Assembly Close on the right hand side of the High Street

Train to Waverley Train Station, 5 minute walk to High Street via Cockburn Street

The location of the flat is absolutely perfect, there is instant access to the Royal Mile or to Cowgate.

The flat was well equipped for self-catering.

Excellent location, just a few steps from the Royal Mile but in a very quiet location. The apartment is very well equipped and nothing is missing. The bed and the sofa bed are comfortable and everthing works perfectly well.
A tip for future guests; the duvet for the sofa bed is stored in a bag under the main bed, in the bedroom !

We absolutely loved this flat! Its in a great central location and would definatly live to stay there again.

It is small but perfectly formed with a comfortable kind sized bed and a great shower.

Yes, there is a steep alley to navigate daily but it's to be expected in Edinburgh!

Well kept and surprisingly quiet flat considering its location. Just off the Royal Mile, 5 mins walk to Edinburgh Castle and 20 mins walk to Holyrood Palace and Arthur's Seat. Would highly recommended.

This is a nice flat in an excellent location for the Festival or for exploring Edinburgh. Very quiet at night and all facilities good

We stayed in this flat for 5 nights during the festival. It's a quiet flat and perfectly positioned for all the fringe venues. It was clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. We would book this again.
The only negative was only one set of keys and as we were doing different things this made it tricky.

Beautifully kept flat in incredibly quiet location considering how close it is to the Royal Mile (a few yards away). Very comfortable and convenient.
