This sleek & stylish city centre apartment is the perfect location for seeing all of Edinburghs top attractions. As you enter you'll be delighted with the modern, sharp style of this apartment, it really is all that you need and more!. Newly refurbished to a high standard you wont be disappointed. A favourite feature of ours are the tasteful handmade blinds which frame the impressive views of the stunning Usher Hall just perfectly, its a real treat! Guests have made comments such as ''Perfect position with amazing view! Very nice flat, new, clean and warm! Highly recommended''

Do note the apartment is located on the on the first floor, as there is no lift, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.

* The property must be left in a neat and tidy condition, all rubbish removed, all crockery, pots, pans etc washed and returned to the cupboards. Extra charges apply to properties requiring additional cleaning after departure.
* Taxes and all utilities included in the price
* Full payment is required 6 weeks prior to arrival or immediately after booking if booking is within 6 weeks of arrival date
* Final balance can be taken by UK debit card, bank transfer or credit card.
* This is a no smoking property and not suitable for pets.
* A refundable damages deposit of £200 is required to be pre-authorised prior to arrival on the debit or credit card used to pay the booking deposit.
* Internet is offered as a courtesy of the landlord and quality of service cannot be guaranteed. It is intended to be available at all times but from time to time, internet connections become slow or unavailable and the disruption is beyond our control. We do not accept any responsibility for this disruption.
* Additional sofa bed charge of £30.00 payable on booking.

Combined kitchen/sitting room, one bed flat suitable for a couple. Well furnished and equipped. A really brilliant location, especially for Festival visitors: next door to the Usher Hall and Royal Lyceum Theatre, 2 minutes walk from the Traverse Theatre. Next to a bus stop with excellent services to the rest of the city. Despite its busy location I didn't find it noisy at night. Highly recommended, and I hope to return.

Lovely flat within easy distance of both Princes Street and Royal Mile. It is immediately next to Usher Hall but surprising quiet at night. The flat has good amenities and is spotlessly clean. Highly recommended.
