Anthemion is a stunning 2-bedroomed flat that provides a comfortable, relaxing environment away from the hustle and bustle of the main shopping areas, but within easy walking distance of the beautiful George Street boutiques and Princes Street department stores, this stunning 2-bedroomed flat blends Georgian elegance with 21st century comfort.

Ideal for couples, families or business visitors, this spacious, airy flat, built in 1820, can provide either a superking bed or two twins in each bedroom. Pet-free and smoke-free, a chance to relax in comfort and a bit of luxury! The rooms have high ceilings with decorative cornicing and are flooded with natural light.

Bedrooms

There are 2 large double bedrooms both with Zip-Link beds, by default one room is set up as a super king and the other as a twin.

You can choose to have 4 Singles or 2 Super King beds.

Both beds are setup Scandinavian Style whereby there are 2 individual single duvets on each Superking.

Bathroom

The bathroom is very spacious and modern with a large corner shower and double sinks.

Kitchen

This apartment benefits from a large modern kitchen with dining table that seats 6 adults. The kitchen has everything you need and more, even a wine fridge!

The apartment has 2 Super king beds that can split into singles. Normal setup is 1 Super king and 2 singles.

The apartment is laid out on one level. The Lounge and master bedroom to the front of the property and the twin room and kitchen to the rear.

Georgian elegance with 21st century comfort.

The building is part of Edinburgh’s famous New Town, a UNESCO World Heritage site. J M Barrie, author of Peter Pan, lived in this street. Close by are art and antique shops, and it’s a 10 minute stroll to “cool” Stockbridge .

It takes only 10-15 minutes to walk to St Andrew’s Square bus terminus, Waverley Train Station, and tram connections.

An express supermarket and a local independent grocer and baker are nearby. Many of the local attractions are easily reached on foot. And if you opt for public transport, there’s easy access to the local bus service, just round the corner.

Luxury Georgian Apartment

This property is advertised as a luxury Georgian apartment and for once the apartment matches the description perfectly. Situated in a quiet cobbled street just a 15 minute walk from Princes Street it is ideally situated for exploring Edinburgh and for bars and restaurants. The apartment was immaculately clean, modern, spacious and contained everything you could need during your stay. A perfect place for Easter in Edinburgh with two young boys (6 & 10).
