Fantastic city flat
The views from this flat aren't just great, they are stunning! I enjoyed sunrise over the Firth each morning and the twinkling of Leith in the evenings. Free Leith parking is such a bonus...we've lived in Edinburgh and now we visit regularly. No hassle with parking meters is well worth it. Location was perfect and bus links are amazing. I won't be tempted to stay anywhere else in the future.

Great Location
Stayed in the flat for a short weekend break. The flat is really nice and is in a great location, very central for the all attractions. If going to Edinburgh again, I would definitely stay here.

Lovely flat in a great location
A very homely, comfortable apartment with great facilities. The location was great - it took us about 10 minutes to reach Holyrood Palace by foot, and from there we felt we were on the outskirts of the centre. It was probably another 10-15 minutes walk to the very middle of the city. Just across the road from the flat is an entrance to the park, which makes for a very pretty alternative route. A large Sainsburys store is situated 10 minutes' walk around the corner which is great for stocking up on breakfast supplies and other basics! Whilst we didn't make the most of all the features the flat had to offer (the jacuzzi bath looked great!) - they were really lovely touches. The impressive sound system with speakers in every room was lovely and made time spent recovering from trundling around the city all day all the more enjoyable! Situated on the top floor of the block, the stairwell might make the access less suitable to elderly or physically impaired people, but this isn't something that caused our group of four any issue, despite a bit of panting and whining as we ascended the final flight of steps! On the whole, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the apartment was a great find. We would certainly return without hesitation.

good location,
the flat was in a good quiet location with essentials near by ie;co-op ,near Princes st.I would definately stay here again it was spacious,warm and had everything we needed.

Lovely flat, great location
The flat was lovely, very well furnished and very comfortable. The location is very good for the city centre and access to Holyrood Park and the Dynamic Earth. The bottle of wine and shortbreads were a welcome sight on arrival too! Owners were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend the apartment and hope to stay there again next time we visit.

nice flat
we do have a good time in this apartment.the location is excellent, only 15 mins walk to the omni centre. everything is fantastic except that gas and eletricity once being cut a while for no reasons.

Great location.
Perfect sized flat in a great location. Needs a bit of work, but if you're looking for a good basic flat with all the comforts of home, then this place is perfect. The renters were very friendly and helpful as well.

great location, great value
The flat was perfect for us -a family of five (children aged 14, 12 and 8)spending a four day short break in Edinburgh. We came on the train so having a central location was crucial and the location could not have been better. Our 'meeter' (David) was there on arrival and available by phone when we needed to ask something (only one minor enquiry). The description of the flat on the website was an accurate representation of its size and facilities. We had a great time in a great city.

Good central flat
We really enjoyed staying here. The flat was new and in very good condition. It was very handy to all the down-town Edinburgh facilities. We would strongly recommend and would definitely come back.

Good Central Location

best holiday flat ever
Had an amazing time. Everything was perfect. You can see the owners have put soooo much effort into this flat. Amazing location, at foot of castle, near all tourist attractions, ten mins from train station. beiside bars and shopping areas. Couldnt have asked for anything better!!

A spacious flat conveniently located
A lovely spacious flat and we found the flat catered well for our needs, it was also in a quiet residential street. The owner was very helpful. You do need to be careful though about parking, if you come by car during the day as the traffic wardens are very over zealous doing their duty.

Really well turned out flat with all facilities to suit family of 4 2 doubles and 2 showers plus dish and wash m/c etc Really good for Park and walks. 15mins walk to town centre and free parking on street. Greatplace for a City break or weekly stay

Great flat in fantastic location
My sister and i spent the weekend there in October with our 2 children (11 & 3). The flat was great, the 3 storeys of stairs to get to it were hard work at the end of a days sightseeing, especially with a buggy!, but the flat was worth it. Clean, comfortable and had everything you would need.... Even a great Chinese takeaway around the corner!
