Lovely location
Young people everywhere - just great! Coffee shop downstairs, Sainsburys on our doorstep and the National Museum of Scotland only a stone's throw away. Flat is clean and has everything you need. Our kids loved it.

Perfect Location
Enjoyed a 4 day stay in this beautiful apartment, with a lovely view of the water on the shore. Ideal location with numerous restaurant within 5 mins walk. A few good quiet bars witin the area, we especially liked the Waterline bar. 10 mins walk to Ocean terminal and the Royal Yacht Britannia. Easy bus route to the city centre and bus service very , very regular. In addition the apartment has a parking permit for 1 car on the car park at the back of the building. Although you don't realy need a car when in Edinburgh this is very handy if you have travelled to Edinburgh by car. The apartment was very comfortably furnished and very clean & presentable. Loved it and will go back again soon.

Good Central Ground Floor Flat
Situated just 10 minutes away from Princes Street and Waverley Station - just off a Main Thoroughfare, it is so close to all amenities. The Flat is charmingly decorated and furnished. A lot of care has been taken to ensure that all needs are catered for by Charlotte, the owner. We have no hesitation in recommending a Stay - we shall probably stay here again when visiting relatives who live cllose by.

Ideal pied-a-terre in a quiet leafy location .
Lovely calm sunny ground floor flat with own external door- low step.Well equipped and comfortable.Spotlessly clean. Spacious kitchen looks onto garden. Nice walk to shops, cafes etc on nearby Morningside Road.Good inexpensive bus links to Edinburgh centre.Thoroughly recommended.

Comfortable, well-located flat
We had a great stay with everything we needed available at the flat an in close walking distance. The flat is a a nice area of Edinburgh close to buses and with easy access to the included parking. We will stay again!

Family trip to visit and see the rugby match-FRANCE SCOTLAND
Great apartment, very modern, very large, returning by cheap people. Well placed, 15 minutes from downtown. This stay will remain a wonderful memory, Edinburgh is a magical city. Gill, the owner of the apartment is a very very very nice person.

Cosy, well equipt apartment
Very well equipt and homely apartment. Good use of furniture making it feel spacious. Towels and linen provided and although we had taken our own, there was also washing up liquid/ dishwasher tablets/ toilet rolls etc, which was a welcome suprise. There of course was quite a few stairs(but not too steep) and the communal stairwell needed a little updating, however the apartment itself was perfect.

Great Location, Lovely Flat
Seven of us stayed in this flat and we had lots of room. It is really spacious and the location is prime. High ceilings, comfortable beds, big kitchen with all the facilities you need, large bath and big shower. We will most definitely be back!

roseburn flat
my girlfriend and i booked this flat for 4 days, gill met us upon arrival, lovely woman. very friendly. she even had milk and bread in for us and some cookies. theres a booklet left telling you how to use everything in the flat with helpfull diagrams and instruction booklets. the flat was lovely, clean and spacious, excellent location, close to town, bus stop right outside as well as cafes, shops, pubs.comfiest bed iv ever slept in, nice kitchen and loads of channels in the living room. really enjoyed our stay and will be using again. highly recommended

Great location for rugby fans
the flat is in walking distance from both Murrayfield and the city center. it is well furnished and can really host 7 people in a comfortable way. i would recommend it anytime.

The flat was very clean, fully equiped (more than needed for just a few days I would say), silencious and very comfortable. I fully recommend it. For information, old town is just 10 minutes walking from the flat and easy to find.

fantastic place
Beautiful flat, near the university with several commodities close by. The flat itself being spacious with all comforts provided, although the lack of wireless connections is a snag; however no worries there's a Starbucks close at hand. I'd definitely stay here again next time in Edinburgh!

Great City Centre Flat!!!
What a fantastic little flat! Cute, warm and cosy. It's small but perfect for 2 people and a great price The only thing it lacked was a dining table for self caterers. We really enjoyed our stay at the flat and it's location in the Old Town was perfect! Would highly recommend to couples visiting Edinburgh.

The apartment has been recently renovated with seemingly all new equipment. It was very clean and in a great location close to all amenities and only a short drive into the town centre. Would highly recommend this apartment, and would stay there again.
