Light spacious flat
This is a lovely flat. Plenty of room for 4 people, clean and well equipped. Really excellent views and in a prime location for sight-seeing. Brian (the owner) was very welcoming. The only down side is that, although not on the main road, there is traffic noise at night, which bothered me, but not my husband (take ear plugs!). Would stay again though as everything else is brilliant. Thanks!

Perfect central base for a family or larger group.
We were delighted with our stay. The landlord could not have been more obliging and thoughtful. The entry on the site does not do justice to the quality of the accommodation. It is light, spacious and very well equipped. Some improvements are still ongoing but the quality of the provision so far is outstanding. We were a group of 8 and it suited our purposes perfectly. There was ample room for 3 more but it would require sharing rooms...perfect for groups with younger children for example. I would recommend it to anyone and if we go back to Edinburgh in such a large group I won't look anywhere else.

Excellent spacious & central flat
The flat was very modern and clean, much more roomy than I'd expected. We had 6 people staying and it never felt cramped, the included parking space was a bonus. Great location just a few minutes walk from Waverley station and Princes St. Excellent restaurants, bars and shops on Broughton St just two blocks away and other options on Leith walk. Beds and bathrooms were comfortable and clean, there was plenty of hot water on demand. The owners were very welcoming and made up the beds to my request even with only a couple of hours notice. My only (and very minor!) negative coments would be that the flat didn't contain many books or games, so take your own, and it could possibly do with another sharp chopping knife and big serving bowl in the kitchen. Apart from that there was nothing to fault it. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for somewhere to stay. Great value and a great stay.

Beautiful flat in perfect location
We stayed in the Fergusson Apartment for three nights and everything about it was excellent. The apartment is spacious, very well furnished and immaculately clean. If we visit Edinburgh again we will certainly book one of the West End Apartments.

Modern spacious comfortable flat close to the centre
The flat is very well equipped with all the mod cons. It is clean, comfortable and cosy. We were 5 adults in the flat but it felt like there was enough room for everyone. It is very close to supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants and shops. The flat is walking distance from the centre but also close to bus stops. The owner is very helpful and replies back to queries very quickly. This flat is highly recommended if you are two couples or a couple with two/three children. However the flat can easily accommodate 6 adults (two of them would have to sleep on the sofa bed)

Excellent position and facilities
The apartment is within easy walking distance of all the main tourist sites - the castle, galleries, Princes Street and right next to Holyrood Palace and Arthur's Seat. The equipment in the apartment is of a high standard and easy to use. There is a lot of helpful information about Edinburgh from the landlord in a manual.Really great place from which to explore Edinburgh.

Peaceful location
Spacious flat, very lightly and sunny. Despite its good heating system I don't recommend for winter. Windows, need to be repaired, specially in the kitchen where there's a gap and you feel like being on the street.

Response from landlord:
Thank you for notifying us about the problem with the windows. We weren't aware of the issue, and will now look to get it resolved.

Good location
Very handy if staying with chldren, as there's loads of museums and things to do on/near the Royal Mile. (Museum of Childhood, Dynamic Earth, National Museum, Elephant House cafe- Harry Potter, etc) Also the children's park and central green just 2 minutes from the flat was much appreciated. Nice having a local Sainsburys and Peter's Yard cafe just downstairs too. Need a head for heights though, being on the 9 th floor!

Perfect location !
The appartment is spacious, fully equipped and perfectly clean. Besides, the location is perfect as it is only 5-10 minutes walking from the old town. Just perfect ! Simplement parfait !

Spacious, quiet central flat
Lovely spacious and surprisingly light basement flat in a quiet part of New Town. Clean, comfortable with everything we needed and very handy for all Edinburgh attractions and helpfully a Sainsburys Local. We would hope to stay again next time we are in Edinburgh.

Ideal Flat in Perfect Location
Had a lovely stay in this West End flat. Location was perfect for us (family of four, two young children) as very central and near bus stop for any journeys to the Old Town. Gordon and Nikkie were very welcoming - as reflected in the great welcome pack! - and the flat itself has everything you need. Pictures don't do it justice as rooms much bigger than they look so plenty of space to relax once you've exhausted all that is (largely) on your doorstep.

Excellent Location, Great Accommodation
The flat was excellent. Everything was finished to a high standard and was well thought out. When I had a minor problem with the wireless both the property manager and owner were extremely responsive. I can't recommend this apartment highly enough for a single person or couple looking for a base from which they can explore Edinburgh and the surrounding area.

Excellent apartment - very central
Four ladies on a hen party stayed and had a wonderful time. The apartment was clean, beautifully decorated, plenty of room for all of us and our shoes!! Perfect location on the Royal Mile. Even the four flights of stairs were no problem and we went home fitter then we arrrived. Our greeter was lovely and made picking up the keys easy. Fab time !!

Excellent central flat
We booked this flat for its central location half way along the Royal Mile and a convenient 5 minute walk from the Waverly station where we got off the airport bus. It was very quiet despite its location, being on the fourth floor being above most of the hustle and bustle below and the flat was well worth the climb upstairs, but not recommended for the less mobile visitor. The flat was extremely spacious for a one bedroom property and was very well equipped and a haven to return to and being so conveniently located we often popped “home” for lunch during our sightseeing. The owners were extremely welcoming and helpful and it was especially useful to be posted a set of keys so we could arrive at our convenience and then the owner kindly phoned in the evening to make sure all was well and address any queries we had.
