Modern flat, great location 4

This clean, modern apartment is conveniently located and very comfortable. Kitchen was sparcely equipped, but the owner was very responsive and provided additional pots and utensils. Would certainly recommend.

32 Gosford Place 5

The place was warmly and claen, everything was in perfect conditionand there was no problem except the mail man who always disturb our sleep by waking us up very earl in the morning. I will suggest that they will have a trade bell from morning to 5pm and they will not disturb people who have come on holiday to relax from their sleep. Horever that could not stop us from enjoying our stay either. Thanks again for such a wonderful place.

Rose Street flat 4

The location couldn't be any better. The owner was wonderfully accommodating with my requests. I was initially a little nervous about the Rose Street location (noise), but it wasn't a problem, even on a Saturday night.

Spatious flat in great location 5

The flat was much larger than expected. It was very well equipped. We loved the personal touches, the warm welcome by our hostess (including a bottle of bubbly), the guide books about Edinburgh. To be absolutely recommended.

Excellent apartment! 5

My girlfriend and I rented the apartment for 3 nights and the stay was excellent. The apartment is in a great city location with bus access and within 20 minute walking distance to town centre! The apartment is very modern clean accessible and the layout is very appealing. All of the necessities for a great weekend stay, possibly more! The apartment owners were very friendly and lovely to deal with, I would recommend this apartment if you're looking for to stay in Edinburgh at any point. Only negative point i have to make is that the entrance to the grounds was not obviously signed, but once we found it there was no more issues. All in all a 5 star rating!

Calm charming flat 5

The apartment was really nice, if a little tiny for 3, and my children loved the garden. It was located in a calm, nice area, and my son aged 8 enjoyed widely going to the near supermarket and buy some crumpets all by himself!

Feeling home 5

Nice flat in a calm neighborhood at walking distance from Old Town, the path cross the Meadows being not the least pleasant part of it. Warm welcome by Jane, the landlady, makes you feel home at once. The stairs to the 3rd floor has a "has-been" look, but are part of the scenery. The flat is very convenient, large kitchen and cosy living-room. Just be aware that if you sleep in the East-looking double room, it has no shutter and a very light curtain, so even in late July the sun - when it's there - will awake you before 6 am, so you will be an early morning bird except on rainy days ... which happen fortunately.

Good location for town 4

Five kids, 10 months to seven years, plus five adults to house in Edinburgh for eight days to enable us to attend our son’s wedding. Plus entertaining friends at the house either side of the wedding day. Good cooking facilities enabled us to provide meals for our guests. We could not have found a better place. Ron the landlord very help full even volunteered to pick up my daughter and two grandsons up from Waverly station to help out with our logistics. If it is a tossup of where to stay in Edinburgh you won’t go far wrong with this one. Mike Godfrey

Good flat 4

May be it could be good to change the internet speed it is very very low. Apart from this small detail the flat is very good: clean, comfortable and situated in a quiet place of the city very close to the center by bus. Thank you Gill for your help in all we need.

Lovely apartment in Edinburgh 5

Perfect flat for 2-4 people. It is modern, cosy, spacious, clean and it's proximity to central Edinburgh made more perfect to tourists. Restaurants, mall and grocery are just around you. I highly recommend this flat.

Very homely 5

Lovely apartment, very homely, it was just like staying in someone's home, not a typical tental accomodation. Also very clean and tidy.

Ideal location for Edinburgh city without being in the hustle 4

The apartment met all our needs. Even with a Scottish summer the 2nd bedroom was a bit stuffy as the only window was also the door to garden which you would not be comfortable leaving open overnight. The available free parking for the apartments was very welcome. Would certainly use again but request a fan in the 2nd bedroom.

Lovely appartment, great location 5

The apartment is in a great central location, there were four couples staying at the apartment for a weekend getaway. It was certainly spacious enough for eight of us and very clean and tidy, we would certainly recommend staying there again.

Everything you need is available on your doorstep, with the City Centre only a pleasant 10 min walk away. I would definetly consider staying here again.

Great location 5

Had a fantastic few days in Edinburgh. The flat was perfect; modern, simple and very well appointed. Its location was superb, taking just 5-10 minutes or so to reach the main centre of the city. Having said that the flat couldn't have been more peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle. Wonderful.
