The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washer,dryer, microwave. The flat has WIFI and Freeview Television.

There is a pull-out couch in the lounge ( Travel cot can be provided - please ask if it is required.

This is a non-smoking flat.

The flat has a large and comfortable lounge. From the lounge window it is possible to see part of the castle. And at 1:00pm you can always hear the 1 o'clock gun.

Amidst the hustle and bustle of Rose street it is a pedestrian precinct, Hidden in between George st, and Princes st, you can make your way back to this flat, kick your feet up, and relax before you stomp into the shops, or rest in one of the many delicious restaurants and wine bars. Try out the trendy bars on George St -The Opal Lounge, or the new and very popular Tiger Lillys. CentreOtre is also a very popular restaurant for Lunch and dinner. There are so many restaurants to choose from, you will need to come back to Edinburgh to try out some more!
