Lovely home, excellent hospitality
Our stay over New Year exceeded any expectations. Phil and Karen went out of their way to help us and made us all feel very welcome in their home. They are lovely people and we look forward to staying again in the future!

Relaxin central flat
The accommodation was wonderfull, Phil and Karen could not have been more accomodating, and made my two weeks very pleasant and enjoyable. I got on very well with both of them my name is Phil too so it made for some funy situations! The accommodation was fitted with all the Mod cons, all you could ask for. The shared set up works very well, very socialable situation, whilst having your own space too. The accommodation is situated a pleasant 30-40mins walk into the center. For my needs it was 20 mins to R.B.G.E. Its also a rather quite area with a pakring facility although managed to walk to most place. The supermarket is a handy supermarket 5mins walk away. Over all 10 out 10.

Beautifully furnished apartment to make you feel at home
Beautiful apartment in a quiet estate north of the city centre. Although not right in the centre, the short walk from the apartment to the centre was extremely pleasant. Landlords extremely friendly, accommodating and helpful - it was a pleasure to be in their company. The apartment itself was beautifully furnished - a stunning bedroom, luxurious bathroom, and a lovely private living area with roof-top terrace. Would definitely recommend, and will hopefully be returning myself!

Excellent Shared House
Lovely stay in the shared house. Phil & Karen made us feel very welcome in their home with all the facilities you could wish for. Easy access into Edinburgh by bus or taxi.Highly recommended by all 4 of us!

Very well located, Luxurious & modern.
When we booked the Flat we did not understand what a "shared accommodation" was, we soon learned. What happened was an extremely pleasant experience. Phil & Karen were cordial, helpful & very friendly. The facility was top notch & well located with a short bus ride to the center of town. (After driving in downtown Edinburgh the bus was the way to go to city center.)
