Great located flat
Fantastic panoramic views of Edinburgh from lounge windows. Lovely touch with welcome pack. Flat was immaculate and within ten minute walking distance of Princes Street. Appreciated welcome and tour of flat. Would definitely book a stay again. Having a private parking space was definitely a plus.

Level walk into Centre
This apartment was excellent. It had everything you could need, for a self catering stay. We arrived late and were very pleased, to be shown the welcome pack including breakfast. Although on the top floor, the view over roof tops, made up for it. Plus, the walk to Park Street over Dean Bridge from Stockbridge, is very level. There are plenty of shops near by for supplies and some nice local restaurants.

Spacious apartment
We couldn't fault this flat in any way. Stunning views, located in a lovely, smart and convenient part of the city. The apartment is very well equipped, clean and tidy and in very good repair. Brian was on hand and very helpful. It was as pleasant to stay here as in an hotel for comfort and how special it felt. The whole building is beautifully decorated; we even took photos of the stairwells with it's stylish lamps and mirrors. We had a very comfortable stay to say the least and would definitely recommend this to friends and family.

Light spacious flat
This is a lovely flat. Plenty of room for 4 people, clean and well equipped. Really excellent views and in a prime location for sight-seeing. Brian (the owner) was very welcoming. The only down side is that, although not on the main road, there is traffic noise at night, which bothered me, but not my husband (take ear plugs!). Would stay again though as everything else is brilliant. Thanks!

Comfortable and tastefully decorated flat
The location could not have been better as the flat is within easy walking distance and on a good bus route into Edinburgh. A bus stop near to go to see the Royal Yacht, well worth a visit. Also near to the Water of Leith wehad a beautiful walk to the Modern Art Gallery. We could not have asked for more. the flat was very clean, beautifully presented, has great views north over the city and we recived a very good welcoming basket. We really felt that the owner cared for the place.

Lovely central flat
We spent a long weekend in the apartment. Lovely flat, everything clean and pretty. Beautiful view over northern part of the city. Very pretty neighbourhoud (have a look at Ann street and Dean gardens just around the corner). Central location, all the important sites (castle, musea, shops) within walking distance.

Perfectly located central flat with parking
Lovely rooftop apartment on the third floor of an elegant Edinburgh mansion. Clean and well appointed, with comfortable furniture, beds and convenient kitchen appliances, and excellent heating and hot water. Our 4 year old son loved it, as did we. The owner, Brian, was always on hand when we needed him, extremely helpful and kind. The night we arrived, he'd prepared a welcome basket of goodies which were much appreciated! The location is great - within walking distance to the centre of town, use of a communal city garden with a park for kids, near the beautiful Botanics (great for anyone), Stockbridge shops and a Waitrose supermarket, and bus routes. Unusually, it also had free parking which was a big plus for us. It has a cosy comfortable feel and is a home away from home - we'd definitely go back again.
