Well equipped flat, very safe and secure. has good car parking facilities.Only disadvantage was it was very hot as windows could to be opened far to let in fresh air.Would stay again here as bus service excellent, shops nearby also very food eating places handy.Very good value and well maintained

We had a great short break, flat is in a great location and is very comfortable and well equipped. The balcony was a big hit with the kids (age 7), that extra outdoor space. Booking, paying and meeting / greeting all very smooth.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location of flat was excellent. Flat was really well maintained and tidy. There was tv, iPod dock, beautiful kitchen with everything in it which you need particularly every day. In short, we really enjoyed our stay and I would love stay there again whenever I will visit Edinburgh.

We have returned to this flat in Leith several times now. Very well positioned overlooking the Water of Leith but with easy access to Edinburgh city centre by the excellent and frequent bus service. The apartment is beautifully appointed and very clean. Great pubs and restaurants within a few minutes walk. We highly recommend this.

Apartment is modern, spotless and is tastefully decorated that provides a real homely feeling. The location is superb with short walking access to lots of restaurants, pubs and shops. Gill greeted us and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommended and we look forward to staying again.

Enjoyed a 4 day stay in this beautiful apartment, with a lovely view of the water on the shore. Ideal location with numerous restaurant within 5 mins walk. A few good quiet bars witin the area, we especially liked the Waterline bar. 10 mins walk to Ocean terminal and the Royal Yacht Britannia. Easy bus route to the city centre and bus service very , very regular. In addition the apartment has a parking permit for 1 car on the car park at the back of the building. Although you don't realy need a car when in Edinburgh this is very handy if you have travelled to Edinburgh by car. The apartment was very comfortably furnished and very clean & presentable. Loved it and will go back again soon.

Really nice, light, spacious, modern and warm apartment directly overlooking the river and its restaurants / bars / cafes in Leith (to suit all tastes and budgets). Very well equipped and tastefully decorated and furnished. Huge fridge freezer and TV! Large kitchen / living area complete with small dining table / chairs plus comfy sofas. Balcony overlooking the river. Second bedroom overlooks the river, too, but master bedroom (with ensuite) overlooks car park at rear. (Easy, free parking.) Bus stop directly opposite with very regular, very cheap buses taking you right into Princes Street (why bother with the car?). Or 40 minutes' walk into the centre. Local shops (e.g. Sainsburys Local) but quite a walk / bus ride to the nearest large supermarket. We'll definitely be returning as I don't really think we could find anywhere nicer or better located. Only criticism is that the master bedroom bed could have been more comfortable - but nothing that a mattress topper couldn't solve.

Spent a fantastic week at the Fringe. The flat was a real home from home. Clean, tidy and close to some great restaurants. Only £1.30 on the bus to Edinburgh Princess Street.

Fantastic stay, in a fantastic and posh apartment. Well equipped with great location in Leith. Good communications from Edinburgh flats. Only negative comment is on payment method for foreigners, miss the posibility to pay all expences in one transaction with VISA.
