Ideal centrally located very nice apartment just behind Princess Street, containing everything you could possibly need (even the very comfortable extra beds we requested). The owner couldn't have been more helpful from making the initial booking to helping with our parking arrangements over the New Year Period. We had an excellent time and would without question stay there again if we are ever up in Edinburgh in the future.

This Apartment is in a fantastic location, very easy to find. Was so comfortable I would love to live there. It was 5 minutes walk to Waverley and so centrally located it was brilliant. I would highly recommend this apartment to everyone. The owners were also very helpful and left plenty of information. Will stay here again.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable few days in Edinburgh made especially so by the superb apartment. The decor and furnishings were beautiful and everywhere was immaculate! We were able to walk everywhere from this central location. Although Rose Street is a busy thoroughfare, especially on the Saturday evening, we were not disturbed as the bedroom is at the back. I would recommend this apartment to anyone!

Have just stayed in a lovely, clean and very well appointed flat in central Edinburgh. It was excellent, and so well equipped even down to bin bags and tin foil. I absolutely would recommend this place, it's stunning. Great location, and every need met, what more could you ask for ?????

When seeking an apartment you can feel at home in with a well-equipped kitchen and a good-quality bed (which is as far as we are concerned no luxury as my husband is a back pain sufferer), and a good location both for exploring the city (and beyond) and to do some shopping (which is essential when staying in a self-catering flat) ... Seek no more, you have just found it! And its owners will do their utmost to make your stay a comfortable one ... That is what we found out as well !

This flat is fully equppied for all your needs and is very clean and tidy. It is very central to all the shops, pubs, attractions all within walking distance. The rental charge for the week was very reasonable taking everything into consideration (location etc).

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The apartment has everything that one needs to find home away from home. We cooked a lot and spent time to just be in the apartment to rest. It really feels like home to us. We noticed that the place is very well maintained. Everything works well and looks new. The rooms are well designed and decorated. Why would one want to stay at a hotel if s/he could get all this?

very central, cosy, everything´s in there you need, very practical.... new supermarket around the corner. very nice landlady cares about every problem quickly! only sometimes a bit loud in the morning with deliveries. but we loved it!!

This flat was perfectly located for exploring Edinburgh. Situated in the trendy new town with several pubs along Rose Street it was only a 10 min walk to all major attarctions in the old town and a 25 min walk to the Royal Botanic Gardens. The flat itself was extremely comfortable, finished to a very high standard with everything you would possibly need including fresh milk in the fridge! The owner is very kind and helpful and quick to reply to emails. This flat was worth every penny and more!
