* full payment is required 6 weeks prior to arrival or immediately after booking if booking is within 6 weeks of arrival date
* Payments by cheques will only be accepted up to 2 weeks before arrival
* a refundable damages deposit of £200 is required on entry to the property. A credit card impression is taken and will be either posted back or destroyed by landlord.
* Guests must be over 18 years old to book this property.
* This is a no smoking property
* Small pets may be allowed upon prior request and acceptance.
