Ideal location ad facilities
A thoroughly excellent 1 bedroom apartment which is comprehensively equipped to a high standard. Location is ideal, with bus services, shops, restaurants and the like only a few minute's walk. A huge bonus, too, is the ample free parking! I would certainly strongly recommend this apartment - and would definitely stay there again.

Leith flat
We enjoyed staying in this well-equipped flat in Leith. A visiting grand-child enjoyed the view of the ducks from the living room window. We all enjoyed proximity to eating places in Leith, and also easy public transport into central Edinburgh. And we appreciated the abundance of free parking close to the flat. One quibble: the flat was freezing cold when we arrived, admittedly on a very cold day in April.

Good quiet Leith location

Waterside flat in Leith.
Good jogging along the Water of Leith walkway. Excellent seafood restaurants and pubs in short walking distance. Regular buses to Edinburgh from just round corner. Free parking. Wifi. Nearby Tesco means self catering is easy. Well equipped kitchen.

Excellent all round
The flat was very comfortable, the owner has clearly thought of everything to ensure that the people staying really want for nothing. Pleasantly surprised about the parking - usually this close to the city parking is near impossible so to find somewhere like this, well it's a real gem Bus services are excellent, less than 10 minutes walk and you have the choice of 4 different bus services going to different parts of town The flat is ideally placed as a base to explore the rest of the lowland areas All in all we had a wonderful holiday and I thoroughly recommend this apartment, I would have no second thoughts about staying here again. Big thumbs up :)

Nice flat in Leith
We really enjoyed our stay in this flat. It was a bit outside of Edinburgh but we had a parking space. The view on the river Leith is lovely. The flat is clean, modern and comfortable. We would stay here again.

Comfortable, well furnished flat
The flat is in a pleasant location overlooking the Water of Leith with swans and ducks swimming past the window - very relaxing! Buses and restaurants are nearby, just a short walk away. The kitchen is small but well fitted and the rooms are comfortably furnished. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.

Comfy flat with good connections to town
This little flat was exactly what we wanted and is ideal for a couple. It is warm, clean, quiet, comfortable and well equipped. It has plenty of free safe parking and excellent bus conections to the town from nearby bus stops. There are very good bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. It has a very pleasing view of the river from the living room. The welcome was warm and couldn't have been more helpful. We will certainly use the flat again.

The apartment has been recently renovated with seemingly all new equipment. It was very clean and in a great location close to all amenities and only a short drive into the town centre. Would highly recommend this apartment, and would stay there again.

Comfortable Flat on Water of Leith
We enjoyed our stay very much. The flat is nicely furnished and well positioned for restaurants, shops, buses and the Scotch Malt Whisky Society. Parking is no problem.There are two repairs mentioned by previous occupants that do need fixing: the main oven overheats immediately and is unusable, it will incinerate anything very quickly and set off the smoke alarm. The faulty light fitting in the dining/siting room tripped the whole lighting circuit on one occasion - trip switch in cupboard but not easily found in the dark!

Thank you for your feedback. The property is currently (December 2011) undergoing some improvements. The cooker will be replaced with a new one and the light fittings will be repaired.

Great Location
Well presented flat with good views of the water of Leith. Within waking dishes of good places to eat and 10 minutes to Britannia and Ocean Terminal. Excellent bus service. (Edinburgh buses don't give change). Only draw back was noise from neighbours.
