Me and my other 2 friends stayed at this flat in morningside for a week and I can say the the experience was very pleasant. It was very near from te center and you can walk to the castle with ease. The welcome is very warm and kind, and they explained everything very carefully and full of details. I will defenatly recommend this flat for a families and/or groups of friends because the sofa-bed is and the flat itself are very spacious. From 1 to 10, I would rate it a 9.

Located in a cul-de-sac, assuring a quiet stay, the flat is clean and newly renovated. Shops and pubs are available at short distance. The kitchen is well equipped and a good quality internet connection is available. The only little drawback is if having a car, spaces are only available to Edinburgh residents, it has to be parked a little distance away (about 1km).

This flat is located minutes to Morningside main street in a very quite close. It is lovely inside, sunny and with great views. It is also very close to the Braids country park so you can go for great walks!

Nice quiet flat, with everything you need (maybe not quite enough plates and cuttlery). The reason I dont give it a better rating is that we were charged £100 because we disconnected the TV as it stood on a little wobly table and we wanted to prevent my daughter (18 months) from pulling it down. We put the TV back in place before we left, but didnt have time to reconnet the cables. We were charged £80 for a TV engineer to retune it and £20 for the landlords (or it might have been an agency) for their time. Being a landlord myself, I would never charge my tenants for my time, that is supposed to be included in the rent. Anyway, if you decide to go for this flat, DONT disconnect the TV....

This is our 3rd time staying in this flat. Our Son and his partner live nearby so it is very conveneent for us. It has an excellent bus service into town served by a number of buses. Morningside itself is a very good area with some lovely shops and restaraunts and coffee shops a small cinema and a beautiful park area nearby. The flat itself is very comfortable although its kitchen equipment could do with an update. all in all we will certainly use this flat again.

This is the second time we stayed in this area and once again found it great lovely local shops, cafe and restraurants all within a 5/10min walk. Great bus service into town served by a number of buses. The flat is very comfortable lots of room a bit sparce on the delph and cutlery and maybe leaving some basics like enough toilet paper and some wasing up liquid would be handy otherwise great. delighted to have the use of a hair dryer too. All in all great weekend, thank you and as our son lives in the area we will be back later in the year.

I have never rented in Edinburgh before, but found the whole procedure of renting this flat simple and efficient.The flat itself is in a quiet culdisac off morningside, which makes for an ideal go between. It also took me 25 minutes to get to from the airport, door to door: so ideal for a jet in and out. Would highly recommend.

Nice flat in a convenient location as far as public transportation is concerned. Very comfortable facility. Needs a new stove, but the rest of the appliances are in good working order. Most are new. The flat is a good value.
