Great time out zone in midst of fabulous weekend 5


We had a lovely long weekend in Edinburgh and were able to easily walk to anything central in the New Town or Royal Mile. It was fantastic to have a well stocked flat that we could come back to between adventures for down time and casual meals. Beds were comfortable, shower excellent, cleanliness good and everything you could need on a weekend away was there. Easy walk to excellent delis, cafes and restaurants. Definitely a top value option for accommodation in my all time favourite city!

We loved the flat and cannot fault it in any way. It's spacious, cosy, furnished tastefully and with great attention to detail; truly self contained. The location is very convenient for exploring the city. We had a great time staying there, were sad to leave and will definitely book again. Thoroughly recommend it to parties of 2-4 (there's a sofa bed in the living room).

Very much in line with other reviews. The outseide is a bit basic, but inside all you could want, would certainly use this again for the festival. Very comfortable and well placed for the city centre. I have to say that the flat was very clean when we arrived and the agents were very helpful.

Lovely friendly welcome. Nice clean apartment with a very well equipped kitchen and fantastic shower. Twenty minute walk to the centre, but plenty of buses so a very convenient location. Only slight quibbles were: could have done with a bigger table, another chair in bedroom and duvets fell off, but overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

We had an excellent week's stay in this flat. It has been carefully planned and stylishly furnished throughout to a high standard providing the visitor with comfort and convenience. It is situated in a quiet street but has the advantage of shops, coffee bars and restaurants within five minutes walk. The Edinburgh Botanic Gardens are a ten minute easy walk away and only 20/25 minutes walking to Princes Street. Buses stop around the corner from the flat and take you quickly into the city centre or out to Leith and the Ocean Terminal for a visit to HMY 'Britannia'. We will be recommending the flat to our friends and very much hope to return.

The flat is very nice, well taken care of, cousy, the wifi had wonderful signal, there was a microwave, fridge, hairdryer, tv, alarm clock, towels, everything you need! That was the first time I rented a flat, and I have to say it was a wonderful experience, for a very good price! I saved good money and felt at home!Hotels are too impersonal. Thanks for the wonderful time!

The flat was excellent. Everything was finished to a high standard and was well thought out. When I had a minor problem with the wireless both the property manager and owner were extremely responsive. I can't recommend this apartment highly enough for a single person or couple looking for a base from which they can explore Edinburgh and the surrounding area.

The communal entrance/corridor of this apartment building is dingy which is a shame and in no way reflects the flat itself, which is lovely. Beautifully decorated, with spacious living area, high ceilings, wifi and very comfortable beds everything in the apartment is done to an incredibly high standard. While not centrally located, the neighbourhood surrounding boasts a huge supermarket, lovely cafes and pubs. It is only about a 20 minute walk to Princes Street and peaceful and quiet with little noise from the street or neighbours. This was the perfect flat to stay in during the Festival and I am going to book it again for next year! Highly recommended.
