*2 double bedrooms - 1 with a double bed, and the other room with 2 twin beds;
Living room with comfortable leather sofas, dining table and chairs and TV;
* Fully equipped kitchen with cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave
* bathroom (with shower over the bath),
there is central heating, internet access and free parking for guests. The apartment is on the second floor (which is accessed by stairs).

It is close to Holyrood Palace, and the park, which offers great walks in the centre of Edinburgh, and the chance to climb Arthur's Seat - (an Edinburgh Landmark).

Ironing facilities, bed linen and towels are all provided.
