Situated on the first floor of a traditional Edinburgh tenement in a quiet cul de sac. Recently modernised bathroom with full-sized bath and shower. Fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryer. TV with freeview box and radio/CD player. New, very comfortable, convertible sofa bed in sitting room suitable for a child. Use of the sofabed incurs a surcharge of £40.

Close to all the shops and restaurants on Morningside road and an excellent bus service into central Edinburgh (about a 10 minute bus ride).

* full payment is required 6 weeks prior to arrival or immediately after booking if booking is within 6 weeks of arrival date
* a refundable damages deposit of £200 is required on entry to the property
* late arrival charges of £20 if arrival is between 8pm and midnight will be incurred and £40 if arrival is after midnight. This is to be paid on arrival
