This is a 3rd floor flat which is accessed only by stairs.

Please note that the terms and conditions for this property include the following points:

*full payment is required 6 weeks prior to arrival or immediately after booking if booking is within 6 weeks of arrival date
*a refundable damages deposit of £200 is required on entry to the property</li>
*late arrival charges of £20 if arrival is between 8pm and midnight will be incurred and £40 if arrival is after midnight. This is to be paid on arrival.
*This is a no smoking property and not suitable for pets.
