Set in a peaceful residential area with stunning views (see pictures)of Arthur's Seat from both the spacious lounge and kitchen, yet just moments away from all the hustle, bustle and excitement of city centre life. Just five minutes walk will take you onto the Royal Mile ~ one of the main hotspots of the Edinburgh Festival. It is a ten minute walk to Waverley Rail Station.

For your comfort, the building is entered via electronic fob-key and secure entry-phone system. There are then a few steps down to the apartment door.

The apartment has a large lounge with (very comfortable) double sofa-bed, separate study/media area, dining area, fully fitted kitchen with all appliances, and one double bedroom. The bathroom has a bath and over-bath shower.
