This room is a large well laid room with 2 leather sofas, TV, dining table and 4 chairs and kitchen area.

The kitchen has hob and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher and is fully equipped with cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils.

The master bedroom has a double bed, the same views as the living room, an en-suite shower room and a dressing/study area.

The second bedroom has twin beds and wardrobe.

There is a main bathroom fully equipped with a shower over the bath.

A travel cot with bedding is available.

The secure underground car parking has remote control for the door and a lift to the ground floor (next to the flat).

* full payment is required 6 weeks prior to arrival or immediately after booking if booking is within 6 weeks of arrival date
* a refundable damages deposit of £200 is required on entry to the property. An additional £100 refundable deposit is payable for the garage key fob.
* late arrival charges of £20 if arrival is between 8pm and 11pm will be incurred and £40 if arrival is between midnight. This is to be paid on arrival
* This is a no smoking property and not suitable for pets.
