This well laid-out studio apartment combines a boutique hotel ambience with a superb central Edinburgh, convenient location. Entrance at street level is gained directly into the fully equipped designer kitchen (complete with fridge, washing machine, and all cooking utensils) and to the side, a roomy and bright WC and Shower/Wet Room.

From the kitchen one enters a large, beautifully presented studio space. A large, comfortable, double bed is tastefully screened from the remainder of the living area which is stylishly and comfortably furnished with easy and occasional chairs, tables, and a small dining area.

To the rear a large storage cupboard ensures that your baggage/golf clubs/bicycle is stowed away from sight. The flat is provided with digital TV and DVD, radio and music system, hairdryer, and the kitchen has everything from microwave to washing machine to corkscrew. Fresh bed linen and towels will be laid out for your arrival and there is central heating throughout.All electricity/gas/local taxes is included.

Normal changeover day is Saturday, so a premium will be charged for short stays which 'cross' over 2 weeks. There is also a three night minimum stay, but in summer months and at New Year these may be restricted.
