Mobile Broadband is available on request. A deep drying cupboard holds an extremely comfortable fold down bed and bedding, erected in seconds to provide the third sleeping unit. Dining table and chairs are set up in the bay window, overlooking the landscaped grounds. Kitchen - fully equipped to meet all requirements. Cooker, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, cafetiere, fridge and freezer and washing machine are all provided.

Plenty of stylish cutlery and crockery is available and all the necessary accessories can be found in the cupboards and drawers.

Bedroom - quiet and comfortably furnished with freshly laundered, pure cotton bed linen on the double bed, bedside cabinets, restful lighting and plenty of hanging and storage space, plus a hair-dryer. Night storage central heating ensures the flat is kept warm throughout the coldest of Edinburgh days, and additional convection heating provides back-up.

All Edinburgh's cultural, historic and social centres are within a short walk. No smoking is allowed.

Normal changeover day is Saturday, so a premium will be charged for short stays which 'cross' over 2 weeks. There is also a three night minimum stay, but in summer months and at New Year these may be restricted.
