This attractive apartment comprises 1 double bedroom, living/diningroom, separate kitchen, and bathroom with shower over bath. All windows are west facing which makes the flat very bright and sunny. A sofabed in the livingroom means the apartment can sleep up to 4.

Appliances include hob and oven, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer. There is also a flat screen TV with integrated DVD player and i-pod station. Fresh bedding and towels are provided, as are tea, coffee, milk etc.

There is private, free, off-street parking. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and accessed by stairs.

The area is well connected to the city centre by a frequent bus service, which typically takes around 15 mins to reach Princes Street.

* Full payment is required 6 weeks prior to arrival or immediately after booking if booking is within 6 weeks of arrival date;
* Use of the sofabed incurs a surcharge of £30;
* A refundable damages deposit of £100 is required on entry to the property;
* There is a late arrival charge of £20 if arrival is between 8pm and midnight, and £40 if arrival is after midnight. This is to be paid on arrival;
* This is a no smoking property and not suitable for pets.
