It overlooks Greyfriars Kirk and Bobby's grave. It is small and cosy and ideal for a couple wanting a break in the beautiful city of Edinburgh. It is located very near the University and there are dozens of cafes, restaurants and bars nearby. The Meadows is 5 minutes walk away.

Refurbished to a high standard it comprises - small entrance hall, entry phone, coat rack; leads onto small bedroom with double bed and velux roof light. Opposite is shower room with 'wet room' style shower, sink and toilet. Leads into main living room with kitchen area. There is a digital TV and DVD player, a Radio/CD/MP3 player and sitting areas with a gas fire. The kitchen has a microwave and gas hob. There is a laptop and WiFi available.

Great location for exploring Edinburgh as everything is in walking distance. The Museum of Scotland is 2 minutes walk away, the flat overlooks historic Greyfriars Kirk with its covenanters prison and the grave and bronze statue of Greyfriars Bobby (the Skye terrier that slept by his masters grave for 14 years). The Royal Mile is 10 minutes walk away which stretches from the Castle down to Holyrood and the Palace of Holyroodhouse -the Queen's official residence in Scotland. The Edinburgh Festival is on every August and all-year round there is Theatre and music including folk music in Sandy Bells pub at the end of the street. It is near Edinburgh University and there are lots and lots of nice cafes and restaurants to explore.
