Book Festival
The Edinburgh International Book Festival is a two week event held in the gardens of Charlotte Square. In 2007, hundreds of authors came to discuss new and old novels to their adoring fans. Highlights included, Andrew Marr, Jeremy Paxman and Ian Rankin. The book festival tickets sell-out very fast, so you have to be quick to purchase your tickets.
