The Royal Botanic Garden is a beautiful place to give 2012 a memorable farewell. This year they are organizing two Hogmanay parties: one of them very sophisticated and the other a bit more casual.
You can choose to celebrate it in black tie, with a sumptuous five-course dinner at their beautiful John Hope Gateway Restaurant, dance the night away just stopping to toast the New Year, listen to their piper and admire an outstanding view of the Castle fireworks.
If you prefer a more casual approach, you can come to celebrate at their traditional Caledonian Hall with a two-course dinner.
The in-house DJ will entertain the guests and will only stop for a toast at midnight.
It’s important to book in advance.
