Financial Management Services

  • We will take payments on your behalf  - we have facilities to take card payments as well as other methods and
  • We will provide you with a monthly payment and statement detailing bookings for the month being paid and future bookings.

These services are also charged on a commission basis. The commission is 8% of gross income in addition to the 12% of gross income on advertising.
 
If you are interested in using our Administration and Financial management services, please contact us and we will arrange a visit to your property.

Please note that we don’t charge to visit your property and the visit has no strings attached.


Advertising only


Edinburgh-Flats.com offers landlords the opportunity to just advertise their property. It is free to register. The landlord will pay 12% of gross income once a booking is confirmed through our website.
